For more than 120 years Star of the Sea College has been delivering education to young women in Brighton and surrounding areas. Our rich Presentation heritage fosters in students a strong sense of connection and a belief that they are capable of amazing accomplishments. Today that tradition continues to flourish encouraging each young woman to strive to be her best, not just for herself but also for the world in which she will live.
Star of the Sea College is a school of opportunity. As a large college, we are able to provide a broad range of subjects designed to meet all interests and range of abilities. Our Co-curricular Program is equally vibrant and varied. Learning at Star is certainly not confined to the times when the bell rings. It is alive with activity late into the afternoon and well before school commences.
At Star we firmly believe that our young women learn best in an environment in which they feel known, cared for and supported. We take great pride in our excellent and comprehensive Pastoral Care Program.
