As President, I look forward to seeing this site evolve into a central source of information, dissemination and a chance for all past students to contact the Association.

I am hoping that many more past students will thus be able to keep in contact with the Association and be a part of our annual events and celebrations.

Committee Members
Everyone attending the year's meetings is deemed to be ‘on the Committee'.

Sub-committees are formed to organise each major function and volunteers may be called to be available.

Responsibilities of the Past Students' Association

• The provision of scholarships

• Assistance to disadvantaged students with items of uniform and equipment

• The presentation of three annual Past Student Awards:
• Sister Raymonde Taylor Art Award
• Mother Angela Johnson Music Award
• Past Students' School Spirit Award

• Contributions to two annual editions of ‘The Star'

• Assistance with the planning of year level reunions

• Providing Past Students with a point of contact for enquiries and research

• Liaison with school archives

• Liaison with the Presentation Sisters

• Organisation of social functions, particularly in relation to major school celebrations

• Maintaining and updating past pupils' details.

By having your up-to-date details recorded we are able to provide opportunities such as:

• Networking

• Catching up with ‘old' friends

• Being informed of current Star activities

• Contributing to future Star functions

• Contributing to the maintenance of the Star heritage

Meetings

Past Students' Association meetings are held quarterly in the Heritage Room, located in the Old Convent building at 6.00pm.

Dates are always updated on the Star web site.

ALL past students are welcome to attend meetings.
